An estimated 7 liters of water, 162 grams of oil, and 100 grams of carbon dioxide is saved with every refill. Getwater.lk is a nationwide initiative developed by Waste Less Arugam Bay and designed by Colombo Design Studio.

B-Off Dengue aims to raise awareness about dengue prevention in Sri Lanka and introduce environmentally friendly, safe and effective methods of mosquito control. They distribute Biogents mosquito traps, a patented trap from Germany, which attracts mosquitoes using the same compounds found in human skin. Unlike other mosquito control options, the trap does not emit any insecticide, smoke, or other harmful substances. B-Off Dengue collaborates with the Ministry of Health and Environmental Health Officers on dengue awareness and management issues. They work with schools and businesses to raise awareness and help them manage the risk of dengue, and they are in the process of setting up an independent monitoring system for mosquito control in Sri Lanka.​
