Want to help make Good Market accessible to more people?
Good Market uses the OneSky platform to make it easy for community members to translate the site, vote on translations, and recommend improvements.
Step 2: Sign in to OneSky
If you are a first time OneSky user, click the “Sign Up Here” link to sign up and create a new account. You cannot currently use your Good Market login on the OneSky platform.
Once you are signed in, select the Good Market project.
Step 3: Select the language you’d like to help with
The following languages are currently activated: Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, Nepali, Urdu, Hindi, Sinhala, Tamil, Amharic, Armenian, Turkish, Hungarian, Danish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Step 4: Choose priority tasks
Sinhala, Tamil, Urdu, Spanish, Japanese, and Nepali are already live on the platform. If you are working on one of these languages, the priorities are “Not Translated” phrases and “Needs Revision” phrases.
Click the All Words button at the top to open a drop down menu and select either Not Translated or Needs Revision to start working on phrases.
If you are working on a new language that is not currently available on the platform, the priorities are the phrases for the Application Form and Sectors. Click the Tasks icon in the menu bar on the left and select either Application Form or Sector to start working on phrases.
OneSky works well on mobile phones for translating phrases and voting, but it is not possible to choose priority tasks from a mobile phone. For new languages, the desktop view is recommended because translating the Application Form phrases is the top priority.
Step 5: Translate a phrase and click the ✔ to confirm
You can edit and redo after confirming. You can also vote on existing translations or recommend alternative language.
The OneSky platform automatically keeps track of your contribution! 😊
